Speaking and Embodiment Education

There’s only so far we can go by thinking our way through life. At some point, we have to come back into the body - because this is where resilience lives. This is where self-trust is rebuilt and where real, lasting change begins.​

I bring together nervous system education, yoga therapy and lived experience to deliver talks, practices and workshops that don’t just inform—they leave you embodied.

My Approach

My work sits at the intersection of science, story and embodied practice.

It’s not about adding more to already full minds.
It’s about creating space for people to reconnect—with themselves, their capacity and what truly supports them.

Through a blend of education, guided experience and reflection, I support individuals to:

  • Regulate their nervous system in real time

  • Reconnect with their bodies in a safe, accessible way

  • Cultivate self-compassion and inner steadiness

  • Build sustainable emotional resilience

 

This is practical, grounded work that people can carry with them long after the session ends.
