Sessions with Pippa are personalised to individual needs and aim to leave students feeling grounded and present in their bodies. Sessions  have a strong focus on centering and soothing the mind while developing strength and balance. Pippa will help guide students safely and effectively by teaching them to be responsible for their own bodies and to be mindful about movement in their practice. Sessions are nurturing and will encourage students to open their hearts and minds as well as their bodies.
