Pippa makes the whole experience easy and positive. As a mum of 3, I had been feeling very overwhelmed but when my GP suggest I try yoga therapy I wasn’t sure what to expect. Pippa is kind and nurturing and after a few sessions I noticed my mindset has already become more resilient.
